Dave took our call first thing on a Saturday morning about a leak in the hot water pipe beneath our home. He was at our place within 20 minutes of making the call, and despite the fact that he had to crawl underneath the house he was able to identify and fix the issue within a few minutes.

We were having sewage plumbing problems on Christmas Eve morning and were so thankful that Dave was able to come help us out. I Called RAPID RHINO Today Sunday, A Gentleman Named Dave answered the Phone, I told him My 2 Bathrooms was Clogged and Backing in the Tubs. Dave and Aster (hope I spelled his name correctly) came to the rescue when I spotted a long time leakage inside the bathroom wall. They came in for an inspection the same day, explained the problem to me and offered a quote, then after I agreed to the charge they fixed the issue within an hour. There is also a 1 year guarantee. The pipe I have is old and tricky, Dave and Aster are really professionals in their work and patiently answered all my questions. Based on my experience they are truly rapid. Dave mentioned that they are local so one more reason to support this business. I just hope water damage can be less costly…I did not compare quotes with any other companies so not sure about how reasonable their price is, but they do quality work so if everything turns out fine I think it’s worth it.

I had problems with a leak with the toilet and also the kitchen sink. David Doyle responded quickly to my call and was at my home that day and fixed both of the leaks I am so happy and pleased I’m sorry I waited so long on the kitchen sink. His pricing was so reasonable and the job was done so well and quickly. He wanted to make sure I knew several things that would help me from needing a plumber like the reset button on the garbage disposal he wanted to make sure I knew how to shut off my hot water and the cold water and he checked all the valves customer service above and beyond! I called Rapid Rhino Plumbing for an emergency water pipe leak and what I thought was a water heater issue. Mr. Doyle answered and was very knowledgeable and efficient, he even instructed me on how to safely shut off my water and gas over the phone. He quickly arrived to my home and diagnose the problem. One of the showers in my house was not draining and I also had a faucet that wasn’t working. Dave responded to me right away and showed up to my house in less than an hour. Not only did he unclog the drainage and fix the faucet, he also gave me a free strainer, and a brand new aerator for the faucet! I had the best service and experience!

Excellent service given! I had a soft blockage in my line and Dave was able to take care of it within 30 minutes of me calling them. One of our bathtubs stopped draining after the kids’ shower one night. My husband tried to unclog it himself but couldn’t figure it out. We found Dave as he is highly recommended among the community and he promptly showed up and fixed it! Not only is he handy and professional but, what a true gentleman. He removed his shoes upon entering our house without me even asking (I state this because there have been plenty of people that would just enter with shoes), greeted me and asked my name, and was just so sweet. It’s always good to have someone make time for your plumbing issues. Leaks strike at at anytime, and when its an underground leak that’s hard to find, this plumber created the right fix and on the first available moment i had with freetime to be home and advise what the problem was. Dave was very confident we could fix things in a jiffy and he did and the old original pipe was repaired and a remedy to the main line that’s attached to it, also we discussed a new main pipe install plan. On a more recent occasion in July, 2021, my water heater had to meet the new health and safety code and be restrapped and bolting to the wall upgraded during a refinance of my mortgage, the isue was the mortgage company wanted to do the appraisal withina 4-5 day timeframe, well I’m just thankful to have Rapid Rhino Plumbing as a handy and responsive partner for any plumbing issue, Rapid Rhino will meet or beat most urgent requests as He did on more than one occasion.

Rapid Rhino Plummbing saved the day! My garbage disposal went out and was so rusted it was pretty much welded to the sink. I called other plumbers and they all either said I had to replace the whole sink or charge me an insane amount of money to fix it. I was about to bite the bullet and pay for it when Dave walked into my store at trader Joe’s. I told him what was going on and he said to let him have a go at it. He came the next day and got to work. Not only did he fix what others said was unfixable he gave me a quote that was way under what the others were asking. He was super professional and got the job done so quickly. Ten out of ten service. I will definitely be using him in the future and will be recommending him to my friends and family.

Dave was friendly, and showed up precisely when we had agreed for him to come to our house to fix our faucet. He supplied the parts to fix the kitchen sink, and even fixed our garbage disposal at no charge. After mounting rooter calls over the past few years it was time to bite the bullet and look into replacing our draining system. Rapid Rhino was one of three calls I made to make a bid on the project. Dave did a wonderful job explaining the benefits of trenchless plumbing and was awarded the job. Rapid Rhino wasn’t the cheapest, but they were not the highest. I highly recommend Rapid Rhino for being thorough, quick and extremely professional. Not only did he and his crew did a fine job, but I found Dave to be extremely responsive to our needs and was especially prompt in repairing a sprinkler and waterline that was damaged during the replacement of the main drain.

David has been doing excellent plumbing work for us since we purchased our home almost 8 years ago. Initially he helped us install a toilet in our guest bathroom, brought water to our side yard from the front, changed the valves in our shower, and most recently added shutoff valves for our kitchen sink and got our dishwasher back up and running and touching up our sprinkler system as well. The amount of knowledge and expertise David brings to the table is not lost on me as he is always willing to explain his process while following best practices. He does everything in his power to get the job done correctly, the first time even if it means an extra trip to the store for the proper part. His prices are without comparison, there’s no mark up on parts and the value we get for his cost of service is incalculable. Dave Doyle of Rapid Rhino Plumbing is a professional. We needed our water heater changed after having it for 10+ years and trying to remedy the pilot going out and leakage ourselves. Dave quickly assessed the problem, let us know how much it would cost, and got to work on getting our new water heater installed quickly. His prices are fair, and he does not cut corners. I was house sitting for my mother and I thought it would be nice to replace her shower head. Of course, once the new shower head was in place the drain couldn’t keep up with the better water pressure.

Dave really knows his way around any pluming issues for you entire home! He has 30 years of experience under his belt to draw on. He’s very hard-working and friendly but he knows his stuff. He replaced an old leaky faucet in one of our bathrooms with a new faucet. He was also able to answer all of our questions about a few other plumbing issues we had going on with other rooms in the house (kitchen sink faucet, bathroom shower, etc.). My parents had an ongoing sewer problem, so we had a lot of people come out but was not fixed. So we contacted Rapid Rhino Plumbing, they suggested trenchless pipe replacement. I was amazed by the professionalism and kindness that David and his team showed me when they arrived to my house. My drains were clogged and it was driving me crazy! Where a flush is better than a full house, someone told me that once. Rapid Rhino was very honest and repaired a water pipe leak that could have become much worse and unpredictable very fast. Rapid Rhino was extremely fair in cost to repair in a time when we need our local business owners to remain helping us out. Rapid Rhino made a courtesy call on a off day to help my situation. Rapid Rhino made an expert recommendation to remedy foreseeable plumbing issues regarding the many piping systems I have in place. My home was built in 1946 in Michillinda Park 91107 built simply to last a lifetime with quality materials. I had a problem with my washing machine that kept flooding my sink every time I would do a load. I called Mr. Doyle to take a look and he was very straight forward with his diagnosis and recommendation. He even took the effort to draw out a diagram as to what was going on. At about noon last Saturday I noticed some water coming out of the main clean out at my rental property. I was really doubtful that I could get a plumber to come out on short notice late in the day. I figured I’d have to miss some work to deal with it on Monday but my husband remembered Dave at Rapid Rhino and we gave him a call and he came within an hour and unclogged the drain in just a few minutes and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg and he was really nice too! It was a Sunday afternoon and all we wanted to do was relax and watch football. We tried to fix the problem ourselves, but when we were unable to, we reluctantly starting calling plumbers. Many places were either not open or they would not give us an estimate over the phone. Rapid Rhino was open, gave us an estimate and arrived quickly. He was friendly and charged the price quoted over the phone. He also brought a part over the next week as promised. Although I hope not to have plumbing issues, if I do, I would call Rapid Rhino first!

New dishwasher and we ran into issues with plumbing under the old sink (thanks in part to the former home owner “Mr. I Think I Can Fixxitall Myself”). A call on Saturday morning and Dave was over within 30 minutes. I thought it was an easy fix however as it goes with these things – several hours later and Dave was still working patiently and with utter grace. Meanwhile I am embarrassed because I said, “Oh no, this is an easy fix. You should be in and out of here in 30 minutes.” He took care of our problems professionally and at an affordable price. Rapid Rhino Plumbing was extremely great in a desperate time of need. My toilet was leaking from the wax seal and flooded my bathroom.I contacted David Doyle at night when I thought I would be waterless until the morning. He came out and fixed the problem at 9:00 pm. He snaked the pipe and had us back in order in less than an hour. His price was very fair as well. He also suggested future recommendations to solve other issues that may form. I needed a plumber in Monrovia ASAP! And of course, who do you call when you need a plumber? You can friends, not plumbers right? Well, after I called my friends we decided that I would call rapid rhino plumbing in monrovia. I spoke to Dave and he told me everything would be fine. See what happened was, my water heater had broke. Im still not sure what even happened. I called my dad and I even had Dave explain to my dad what was going on over the phone. Everything sounded legit and he was very patient in explaining the process. The price wasnt outrageous like some other plumbers. I felt very comfortable with everything so we proceeded with the work. Turns out it was minimal work and he was in and out within two hours.

I was very happy with these folk services. They came out Saturday Morning on a stoppage in my 4 inch clay drain pipe. they ran the video drain camera and found bad root intrusion in several places in my main drain line. They completed the installation of the new trenchless pipe drain pipe in two working days. One day to dig the access pits and a second day to actually install the pipe, along with a two way access fitting. After the work my drain ran perfectly. Im happy to recommend this outfit to anyone interested. The guys were clean courteous and friendly. Cleaned up my site with no trash left behind.

My first post! I called Rapid Rhino after my out of state landlord’s regular plumber didn’t have any one available to come out on a rush.
It was kind of an emergency since an underground pipe in the front lawn had burst and the water shut off valve was doing nothing.
Dave Doyle came out, assessed the situation, was upfront about the cause and potential causes, and the cost. Dave is a friendly guy, with a “no pressure” attitude about him.

Dave came out and made a video of the main sewer line. He replaced a ten foot section of pipe that was destroyed by tree roots. Another contractor said I needed to replace the entire sewer line. I will definitely be calling Dave for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Dave !

Mr. Doyle was a blessing to my 80 year old mother. He repaired a pipe that seemed to be a lost cause. He also impressed her with his caring nature and wonderful manners. We were so worried about being taken advantage of by yet another repairman, but Mr. Doyle was the opposite. He has a great heart. Six days after his visit, she passed away. We are so grateful to him and how well he treated her on her last week in her beloved home.

I was highly impressed with the equipment that they have. Rapid Rhino Plumbing is very up to date and you know that they are serious plumbers by looking inside their truck and seeing how much material and tools they carry
After our garbage disposal died, I decided to call Dave at Rapid Rhino Plumbing. Dave answered his phone, made an appointment right away, and asked for the service price. He installed a higher end model with great feasibility.

Purchasing a new water heater was a tough enough job in itself, but finding a good company to get a water heater was even tougher. I called, explained that I needed to have my new water heater installed and scheduled an appointment in about 5 minutes. Their customer service technician Dave also gave me an approximate estimate over the phone as well, it was significantly lower than the previous companies I had contacted. David arrived in the morning as promised and quickly and professionally did the job as detailed and quoted the night before. The job was to replace a small section of old iron pipes next to the water heater outside the house with copper piping and a new shut off valve. I am also grateful he provided me with a couple of low cost but safety required recommendations for the water heater. I’m planning on requesting his services again in the future.

Had a clogged main line needed help fast! Owner came down prompt service very proffesional and polite gave estimate before service reasonable price for the great quality of work he does..even had a camera to show were the clog was and shown me on the screen (tree roots busted my pipelines! ) I would recommend dave to all my friends and will be calling rapid rhino for any of my plumbing services in the future!

We had a problem with our laundry drain getting stopped up and not draining properly. We called up Dave Doyle at Rapid Rhino and he took care of the problem right away. In the process, he showed us that some of our problems were being caused by the drain pipe being too narrow, and he put in a better drain pipe and got everything fixed up for us. Now we don’t worry about the washer overflowing anymore! Rapid response, great job, friendly guy, you can’t beat that!
